Job Description:
Responsible for driving sales for products and services in an approved Big Box Retail location or other assigned location while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling customer requests, inquiries and complaints regarding orders, billing and service in a professional manner. Implements sales strategies and serves as a strategic partner in the overall operation of the organization. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting established sales, revenue, and customer experience objectives by ensuring customers are provided with the appropriate product and accessory solutions. As a critical member of the sales team, this role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
