About the Role:
i9 Sports in Highland, CA is looking for an energetic and passionate Flag Football Coordinator to help bring the game to life for kids and families in our community! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your love of sports with the reward of creating a positive, fun, and safe athletic experience for youth players of all skill levels.



Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee weekly flag football leagues, games, and schedules
• Ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for all youth participants
• Communicate with parents, coaches, and volunteers regarding game-day logistics
• Set up and break down fields, equipment, and game-day materials
• Enforce i9 Sports rules, policies, and sportsmanship standards
• Manage team rosters, player check-ins, and game-day operations
• Resolve on-site issues and provide excellent customer service to families

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sports coordination, coaching, or youth program management preferred
• Strong knowledge of flag football rules and gameplay
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings during the season
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate about youth sports
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
