ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is not your typical front desk job.
As a Membership Advisor, you’ll be on the gym floor, connecting with members, giving tours, and helping people take action on their fitness goals. This is a sales-focused role inside a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Greet every member and guest with energy and professionalism • Lead gym tours and convert prospects into members • Drive membership sales and hit weekly goals • Book members into SPARK Sessions with our training team • Handle member questions and create a strong first impression • Support a clean, organized, high-level facility • Execute opening and closing procedures
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Outgoing, confident personality • Competitive and goal-oriented mindset • Strong communication and people skills • Interest in fitness, training, or sales • Someone who wants to grow, not just punch a clock
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
