The Mastercut Operator is responsible for operating machinery to cut out parts of specified size and shape from corrugated board and properly offloading and inspecting finished material.
Essential Functions:
Operate machine to cut out parts of specified size and shape from corrugated board
Position and secure cutting dies to bed of machine using hand tools
Cut and secure matrix scoring to cutting dies
Place and secure stripping jigs using clamps
Adjust tonnage according to thickness of material or height of cutting die
Measure finished parts with rule to verify conformance to specifications
Remove and stack finished material into units
May perform minor repairs on dies
Enter finished information into computer
Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

Flat bed die cut experience required.
