Flat-Rate Automotive Service Technician

As a Flat-Rate Service Technician, your expertise in automotive repair and maintenance will support our commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring each job is completed to the highest standards within allotted flat-rate times. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on Audi vehicles following flat-rate guidelines
• Accurately estimate repair times and complete jobs efficiently and effectively
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and customer communications
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Keep work areas clean and comply with safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with luxury vehicles
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair practices
• Ability to follow flat-rate repair guidelines and meet deadlines
• ASE certification preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
