Flat Rate Technician

Audi Mentor, part of the Penske Automotive Group family, is hiring immediately for experienced Automotive Technicians.

Eligible Technicians may qualify for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Flat rate pay, including production bonus, is $35-$40 per hour.

Whether you are an experienced Audi Master Technician, a recent technical school graduate, have experience as a lube technician or oil change technician, or have other brand experience and are looking for a change, apply now.

Pay for this position is based on production. Starts at flat rate and can range from $35-$40/hr, which includes production bonus. Pay is based on productivity and qualifications.
