Whether you're an experienced Volkswagen technician or looking to grow with a manufacturer that invests in training, we'd love to meet you.What We're Looking ForExperience Required: Minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience. Dealership experience is preferred, but not required. Volkswagen or European vehicle experience is a plus.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, drivability, engine repair, electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspension, and preventive maintenance.Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately complete repair orders and document all work performed.Team Player: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently with service advisors and fellow technicians.Certifications: ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
