**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Flat Welders** for projects located in or around **Spokane Valley, WA** . This is a first shift opportunity and **the pay rate is up to $30/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Weld mild steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum according to blueprints + Inspect welded parts for accuracy and quality + Follow all OSHA and WISHA safety requirements + Operate a forklift as needed + Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment + Communicate machinery or quality issues to management + Perform other duties as assigned + Follow both written and verbal instructions to complete assignments **Requirements:** + Minimum 5 years of MIG welding experience + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Proficient in shop math and problem-solving + Strong attention to detail + Ability to work independently or as part of a team + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Physically capable of regularly lifting up to 30 lbs and frequently up to 50 lbs + Must pass weld check **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
