10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Biloxi, MS to haul flatbed freight across all 48 states. These positions are best suited for experienced flatbed drivers who prefer regional/OTR schedules with consistent weekly home time. - Compensation and employment: Stable W2 employment with year‑round freight. Compensation range: $1,800 to $2,100 gross per week; pay issued via direct deposit. Drivers paid at 27% of the load. Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 total. Safety and performance bonus opportunities.

Typical duties:
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
- Load securement and freight protection for flatbed shipments, including tarping and the use of straps, chains, and binders (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
- Haul primarily regional OTR freight with typical runs up to 2,000–2,500 miles covering multiple states, operating from the Biloxi, MS area and throughout the continental U.S.
- Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 1 year OTR driving experience and at least 6 months flatbed experience.
- Experience hauling steel and steel pipes is required.
- Demonstrated skill in using straps, tarps, chains, and binders for securement.
- Clean driving record (MVR).
