Flatbed Driver

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and safety-focused Flatbed Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for transporting vehicles using a flatbed/rollback truck, including voluntary repossessions, surrenders, impounds, and vehicle deliveries. The ideal candidate has extensive towing experience, works well independently, and takes pride in providing professional service while safely handling customer vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles using a flatbed/rollback tow truck.
• Perform voluntary repossessions, impounds, and vehicle deliveries as assigned.
• Tow vehicles with and without keys using proper equipment and techniques.
• Complete all required documentation electronically, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready company truck.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, law enforcement, clients, and management.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of flatbed/rollback towing experience.
• Demonstrated experience towing vehicles with and without keys.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 22 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Repossession Agency Employee (RAE) license through BSIS.
• Ability to safely operate a flatbed/rollback tow truck and related equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
