zTrip is looking for a reliable and organized Fleet Dispatcher to help coordinate drivers, vehicles, and daily transportation operations. This role is responsible for assigning trips, communicating with drivers, and helping ensure efficient service throughout the day.

Schedule
Monday-Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities of a Fleet Dispatcher:
- Assign trips and vehicle schedules.
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day.
- Monitor fleet activity and respond to operational issues.
- Assist with route changes, delays, and service adjustments.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams to keep service running smoothly.
- Provide support to drivers and help resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications of a Fleet Dispatcher:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Dependable and detail-oriented.
- Dispatching, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
