This role is for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and gets satisfaction from keeping people, projects, and operations running smoothly.\n \nAt Aardvark Studios, we design and fabricate custom experiential marketing vehicles, environments, and mobile tours for some of the world's biggest brands. Every project is different, and every day brings a new challenge. One week we're building a branded vehicle. The next we're preparing assets for a nationwide tour. No two days look the same, and that's exactly how we like it.\n \nThis isn't just a warehouse job.\n \nIt isn't just a driving job.\n \nIt isn't just a facilities job.\n \nYou'll help keep our fleet, warehouse, facilities, inventory, vendors, and day-to-day operations running efficiently so our project teams can stay focused on building incredible work for our clients.\n \nIf you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and jumping in wherever you're needed, you'll fit right in.\n \nWhat You'll Do\n \nNo two days are exactly alike, but your work may include:\n\n Receive, organize, stage, and distribute materials for upcoming projects\n Drive company vans, box trucks, and promotional vehicles for pickups, deliveries, service appointments, and project support\n Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for company vehicles, trailers, and equipment\n Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and facility\n Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely\n Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records\n Support project teams by organizing pallets, loading and unloading trucks, and helping get projects out the door\n Coordinate with vendors for fleet, facility, and equipment needs\n Perform light facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects\n Update inventory systems and maintenance records\n Jump in wherever needed to solve problems and help keep projects moving\n \nWe're Looking for Someone Who...\n\n Notices problems before anyone else does\n Takes ownership without waiting to be asked\n Enjoys organizing spaces, systems, and equipment\n Is mechanically curious and likes figuring things out\n Can confidently communicate with coworkers and vendors\n Juggles multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed\n Is comfortable using technology to stay organized\n Takes pride in reliable, high-quality work\n Enjoys being active and doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day\n Understands that no task is beneath them if it helps the team succeed\n \nExperience & Qualifications\n \nWe're more interested in the right person than checking every box.\n \nIdeal candidates will have experience in operations, warehouse, facilities, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, transportation, fleet management, equipment rental, public works, or similar hands-on environments.\n \nYou'll also need:\n\n Valid driver's license with a clean driving record\n Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card\n Comfortable driving company vans and 20'\u201326' box trucks\n Forklift experience is a plus (we'll train the right person)\n Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds\n Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and basic software for inventory, scheduling, and communication\n \nYou don't need to be a mechanic.
