Fleet Maintenance Technician

Weed Man Lawn Care is looking for a dependable and motivated Fleet Maintenance Technician to help maintain our fleet vehicles and turf application equipment.This is a steady, year-round position focused primarily on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and general repairs — not heavy engine rebuilds. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team environment, we’d love to speak with you.What You’ll Work On

• Fleet vehicles
• Fertilizer and spray application equipment
• Aerators and spreader/sprayers
• Pumps and small engine equipment
• Preventative maintenance and diagnostics
• General repair and upkeep

• Inspect fleet vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance or repair needs
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service work
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot spray systems, pumps, and small engine equipment
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate equipment concerns and recommended repairs as needed

• Previous mechanic or maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with fleet vehicles, small engines, or equipment repair is a plus
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license preferred

• $25–$30 per hour based on experience
• Monday–Friday schedule
