(TACI) is a national telecommunications, broadband infrastructure, and construction services company supporting projects across the United States.We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, compliance, and performance of our growing fleet of company vehicles and equipment.This position is critical to keeping our field teams operational, safe, compliant, and ready to deploy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operation, maintenance, repair, and readiness of company vehicles and fleet assets.Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend vehicle life.Coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, registrations, insurance documentation, and required services.Track fleet utilization, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle condition.Support vehicle procurement, replacement, assignment, transfer, and disposal decisions.Fleet Operations & ComplianceMaintain accurate records for vehicles, drivers, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and related documentation.Help ensure fleet operations comply with applicable DOT, state, federal, safety, and company requirements.Monitor vehicle assignments and coordinate fleet needs with Operations, Safety, HR, and field leadership.Identify vehicles requiring immediate maintenance or corrective action and coordinate timely resolution.Maintain organized fleet records and provide management reporting on fleet performance and costs.Financial & Vendor ManagementDevelop and manage fleet operating and maintenance budgets.Review repair estimates, invoices, fuel costs, and other fleet-related expenditures.Manage relationships with dealerships, repair facilities, rental companies, parts suppliers, and other fleet vendors.Evaluate repair-versus-replace decisions based on vehicle age, mileage, condition, downtime, and total cost.Identify opportunities to reduce fleet costs while improving vehicle reliability and availability.QualificationsPrevious experience in fleet management, transportation, construction, utilities, telecommunications, or a related field.Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance, and fleet operations.Experience maintaining fleet records, reports, budgets, and vehicle documentation.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with field operations and leadership.Preferred ExperienceExperience managing a fleet supporting construction, telecommunications, utilities, or field service operations.Knowledge of DOT and commercial vehicle compliance requirements.Experience with fleet management or GPS/telematics software.Experience managing vehicle procurement, maintenance vendors, fuel programs, and fleet budgets.Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.What We Offer$75,000-$85,000 annual salary, based on experience.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and paid holidays.401(k) benefits.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.Work EnvironmentThis is an in-person, hands-on operational position that works closely with TACI leadership, field operations, safety, and administrative teams.The Fleet Manager must be comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with the real-time demands of supporting an active construction and telecommunications workforce.Apply TodayIf you are an experienced Fleet Manager who understands that vehicle uptime, safety, compliance, and cost control directly impact field operations, we want to hear from you.Join TACI and help us build the fleet infrastructure needed to support our continued national growth.
