Industrial Manufacturing Facility has openings for Fleet Mechanics / maintenance personnel for servicing and repairing industrial mobile equipment. 1st shift, Saturday - Tuesday &Sunday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm & 3rd shift, 10:30 pm - 7 am, Sunday - Thursday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:

  • Works with fork-trucks (electric, gas, LP, diesel), man lifts, cranes, stationary generators, tuggers, flatbeds, etc. Electric fork truck experience preferred.
  • Prefer electrical and diesel fork truck experience
  • Experience with hydraulic system repair on mobile equipment
  • CMMS data input (computerized maintenance management systems)
  • Performs diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on mobile equipment
  • Maintaining up time requirements
  • Part Ordering
  • Shop Safety
  • Shop cleanliness, organization
  • Company quality standards
  • Reporting
  • Must provide own tools

Experience Required: DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENT: Must have industry standard minimum amount of verifiable 5 - 8 years of industrial forklift maintenance/repair experience or a similar combination of education and trade-related work experience. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
