Responsible for repairing and servicing of all company vehicles according to department standard. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department's service standards or as required by receiver of service.

$25.00 PER HOUR

• High degree of mechanical experience and capability.
• Previous experience in servicing vehicles.
• Must have a valid NJ State Driver's License.
• Commercial Driver's License is plus
• Knowledge of diesel engines is helpful
• Familiar with common mechanic's tools, service, and diagnostic equipment
• ASE certification preferred

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, bend, crawl, climb repetitively
• Must be able to work in an environment expose to loud noises, fumes, dust, grease, as well as extreme temperatures.
• Must have the manual dexterity to handle tools, small parts and heavy equipment.
• Assists with general shop maintenance, parts stock and/or cleaning services when required.
• Refuels company vehicles as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of company vehicles according to procedure.
• Operates motorized vehicles, i.e. automobiles, trucks, limousines and buses.
