Automotive Repair and Maintenance, Braking Systems, Driver's License, Fast Food, Heavy Equipment/Vehicles, High School Diploma, Hydraulic Engineering, Identify Issues, Multilingual, Road Tests, Testing, Vehicle Fleets
Do you speak the language of torque specs and diagnostic codes? Can you hear a brake issue before the driver even feels it? If you're the kind of person who'd rather be elbow-deep in an engine than sitting behind a desk, we want you on our team.
We're looking for a skilled Fleet Mechanic who takes pride in their craft, works smart under the hood, and keeps our vehicles running at peak performance, day in, day out.
What You'll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test a wide range of automobiles, light-duty and heavy-duty trucks, and specialty equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair brake systems - both air and hydraulic - as well as suspension systems
- Conduct road tests and thorough vehicle inspections to make sure everything leaving the shop is ready to perform
- Work confidently and efficiently with your hands, tools, and teammates to get the job done right the first time
Physical Reality Check
This is a hands-on role - no surprise there. You'll regularly lift, push, and maneuver heavy components, reach into tight spaces, climb in and out of vehicles, and stay on your feet throughout your shift. If you're built for the shop life, you already know what this means.
Why Join Us?
- Competitive hourly pay: $25 - $35/hr based on experience
- Work on a diverse fleet - no two days are exactly the same
- A team that respects the trade and values your expertise
- Room to grow for mechanics who want to keep building their skills
We're an equal opportunity employer. The job description above outlines primary responsibilities but isn't exhaustive - our best mechanics are adaptable and ready to pitch in wherever needed.
Think you've got the skills? Apply today and let's put them to work.
