The National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is actively recruiting experienced Automotive Fleet Sales Professionals for an outstanding dealership opportunity in the Pompano Beach area.

If you have a proven track record selling vehicles to businesses, government agencies, commercial accounts, municipalities, contractors, or large fleets, we want to speak with you immediately.

We're seeking professionals who know how to develop long-term business relationships, generate repeat business, and build a strong commercial client base.

COMPENSATION

$95,000 - $210,000+ annually

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Automotive Fleet Sales experience required

• Existing commercial or fleet customer relationships are highly preferred

• Experience with any manufacturer is welcome

Domestic:

• Ford

Import:

• Toyota

• Nissan

• Honda

• Hyundai

• Kia

• Mercedes-Benz

• Sprinter

• Stellantis commercial products

• All other import and domestic brands encouraged to apply

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new commercial and fleet accounts

• Maintain existing business relationships

• Prospect local businesses and government agencies

• Prepare competitive fleet proposals

• Coordinate vehicle ordering and delivery

• Follow up with customers for repeat and referral business

• Meet monthly sales objectives while providing exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS

• Automotive Fleet Sales experience

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Professional appearance

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
