Juiced Fuel Space City is bringing its mobile fueling services to Houston, and we’re looking for a driven Fleet Sales Representative to help us launch, grow, and win in this exciting new market. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a territory, develop lasting customer relationships, and grow your earnings as the market expands.

You’ll connect with commercial customers and secure recurring accounts for scheduled mobile fuel delivery services. Ideal customers include small businesses, large commercial fleets, construction companies, and other organizations that rely on consistent, convenient fueling.

If you’re a self-starter who thrives on independence, enjoys building a book of business, and wants strong earning potential, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, develop, and grow new commercial accounts across the Houston metro area

  • Build relationships with business owners, fleet managers, and operations leaders
  • Present convenient scheduled fuel delivery solutions, including daily and weekly service options

  • Close new recurring service agreements and turn prospects into long-term customers

  • Maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and account growth
  • Manage your own pipeline, territory, and schedule

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Earn a base salary plus commission on the gross margin of monthly billings from secured accounts

  • Benefit from a recurring revenue model that creates ongoing commission opportunities

  • Enjoy a flexible schedule with control over your territory activity

Earnings are performance-based and may vary. Sales Representatives earn commission on the monthly recurring gallons delivered to fleet accounts they personally acquire and manage.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record in B2B, outside sales, or territory sales

  • Confidence in prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing new business

  • A self-motivated, independent work style

  • The ability to build trust and develop long-term business relationships

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and goal-driven work ethic

  • Comfort managing your time without direct supervision or set hours
