Fleet Sales Representitive

About us

Based in Pompano Beach, we're a fleet vehicle maintenance and repair shop that also runs a full-service body shop. This is a dedicated new-business role — bringing in fleet accounts we don't already have.

Looking for someone who's genuinely good at opening doors and starting relationships from zero.

What you'll do

• Prospect South Florida businesses running their own vehicle fleets — delivery/courier services, HVAC/plumbing/electrical companies, municipal or utility fleets, and similar
• Identify and pursue medium to large fleets that could use a reliable maintenance and repair partner
• Handle the front end of the sale — outreach and meetings — while leadership helps bring deals across the finish line
• Maintain an active pipeline and check in weekly on progress

What we're looking for

• A track record in outside sales or B2B business development; experience in fleet, automotive, or industrial services helps but isn't required
• Comfortable cold calling and showing up in person to pitch — not a role for someone waiting on inbound leads
• Confident closer who can operate independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Based in, or open to being based in, the Pompano Beach area

Nice to have

• Existing network among local fleet owners or operators
• Familiarity with fleet card or leasing programs (Element, WEX, Merchants, etc.)
