What You'll Do
As a Fleet Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating repairs from estimate to delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and communicate with commercial fleet customers
- Build estimates and secure repair approvals
- Create repair orders and dispatch work to technicians
- Coordinate workflow throughout the shop
- Order parts
- Maintain consistent communication by phone, text, and email
- Keep customers updated on repair progress
- Recommend needed maintenance and repairs
- Perform quality control before vehicle delivery
- Work closely with technicians and management to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Experience in an independent repair shop or dealership welcomed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Moderate sales ability with a customer-first approach
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Experience coordinating technicians and workflow
- Comfortable creating estimates and closing repair orders
- Experience with shop management software is a plus (Fullbay experience preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of Isuzu, Ford, Chevrolet, Peterbilt, or Kenworth is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL is a strong plus
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Rotating shifts between approximately 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- No weekend shifts
Compensation
- $65,000-$85,000+ per year
