Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of fleet and commercial customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact from vehicle drop-off through delivery.
• Write accurate repair orders and identify additional service opportunities.
• Communicate clearly with fleet managers, business owners, and drivers.
• Provide timely updates on vehicle status, repairs, parts, and completion times.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, dispatch, and management to keep repairs moving.
• Monitor promised times and make sure customers know when their vehicles will be ready.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat fleet business.
• Identify maintenance and repair needs before they become larger problems.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Follow up on declined repairs and future maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer information.
• Meet performance, customer satisfaction, and gross profit objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant
• Very energetic personality 
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
