This position serves as the communication hub between mechanics, vendors, and operations teams to help ensure our trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment remain safe, compliant, and ready to support critical field operations.

If you enjoy problem-solving, coordinating multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact operational success, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
  • Monitor mileage, engine hours, and service intervals using fleet management systems.
  • Create, update, and maintain work orders and service records.
  • Receive and track repair requests from field personnel and shop staff.
  • Coordinate vendor repairs and assist with parts procurement.
  • Review and reconcile repair invoices with completed work orders.
  • Communicate equipment status, repair timelines, and maintenance priorities with mechanics and operations teams.
  • Maintain DOT and OSHA compliance records and prepare fleet-related reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in fleet maintenance coordination, service writing, maintenance scheduling, automotive or heavy equipment support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
  • Experience with fleet management software, telematics platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and criminal background check.

Why Join Frontier?

  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid time off.
  • Stable, growing company with a strong reputation in the industry.

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based within our maintenance facility but requires regular interaction with the shop and equipment yard. Employees may be exposed to noise, moving equipment, and outdoor weather conditions during routine duties.
