What You'll Handle
The Transportation Service Scheduler (Administrative Assistant focus) keeps fleet maintenance organized so vehicles stay safe, available, and compliant. You coordinate service timelines, track repair progress, and keep clear communication moving between staff, vendors, and management.

Your Typical Day
You start by reviewing overnight updates and new requests in the work order system, then prioritize what needs attention first. Much of the day runs through a Multiline Phone Systems rhythm-quick check-ins with technicians, follow-ups with vendors, and clear updates to internal teams. You keep information current in the system, confirm appointment times, and document status changes so others can rely on the record. When a vehicle is unexpectedly down, you shift plans fast, line up alternatives, and communicate the new plan. You finish by reconciling open items, organizing paperwork, and preparing notes for the next day's handoffs-steady, call center-style coordination that keeps the fleet moving.
Benefits Package
Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; Life Insurance; Health Savings Account; Paid Time Off; NYS Sick Time; and a 403(b) retirement plan with company match.
