Job Description

Coke Florida is looking for a Fleet Supervisor based out of our Orlando location. Working 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

What You Will Do:As a Coke Florida Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of the daily operations of the Fleet Maintenance department within the designated area along with ensuring that all Fleet equipment is maintained in a safe and serviceable manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure that preventative maintenance programs are being followed at all locationsPerform quality control auditsEnsure accuracy of documentation generated by employees at Coke Florida/vendor shops for all maintenance activitiesGenerate capital refurbishment schedule based on need and available capital fundingProvide training for all subordinate personnelEnsure proper disposal and documentation of waste stream itemsAssist subordinates in making decisions concerning efficiency of shop operationsEnsure all maintenance and repairs are performed in a cost-effective mannerSupervise operations to ensure compliance according to Company policies, procedures, and applicable regulationsEnsure that parts inventories are maintained at correct efficiency levelsCoordinate members of all functional areas to ensure that equipment needs are metEnsure that all vehicles are prepared for transfer or disposal as needed

For this role, you will need:

High School or GEDAbility to effectively communicate (written and verbal) to all levels of the organizationAbility to provide direction to subordinates in a clear and concise mannerAbility to work a flexible work schedule if neededMust be able to lift and move items in excess of 50 lbMust have and maintain a valid driver's license.Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by the company.Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.*

  • Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, speeding and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the Fleet Supervisor position.

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:

Valid Class A Commercial Driving License preferredBachelor's Degree preferred
