Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team. The role involves ensuring the operational uptime of our fleet by engaging in live troubleshooting of hardware and software-related issues. This position requires interfacing with operators, capturing troubleshooting details, and collaborating with our engineering team to enhance fleet support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, ideally within the automotive or transportation industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to strict quality standards.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with electric vehicle technology.
- Experience with remotely supporting vehicle troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with vehicle hardware.
- Experience with Linux & Python-based programming systems for fleet-level data processing.
- Experience with software that interfaces with hardware.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for real-time escalation of fleet issues.
- Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting by leveraging knowledge of autonomous vehicle systems, robotics, and software.
- Escalate unresolved issues ensuring timely intervention by higher-level teams.
- Document issue resolution processes to inform future training and system improvements.
- Analyze historical data and identify trends to predict potential problems and implement preventive measures.
- Communicate effectively and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Support on-call rotation with the possibility of days, swing, and mid shifts.
