Serve as a primary point of contact for fleet customers regarding account support, billing portals, and reporting.
Ensure fleet service records are accurate and up to date within company systems.
Generate reports for customers and internal stakeholders on fleet condition, service history, and cost analysis.
Assist with invoicing and billing support.
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication.
Support compliance with company safety, operational, and quality standards.
Perform other administrative or support tasks as needed to assist fleet operations.
High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Previous experience in customer service, fleet support, logistics, or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn company systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
