    FleetSupportSpecialist (Contract)

    Location: FosterCity, CA - Onsite
    PayRate: $40.75/hour
    Full-Time (30+ hours/week)
    Shift: SundayThursday, 8:00AM4:30PM 


    JobOverview
    We are hiring a Fleet Support Specialist to support fleet scheduling, vehicle health tracking, maintenance coordination, documentation, and operational dashboards.
    This role is critical to ensuring fleet readiness, repair efficiency, and end-to-end traceability across hardware and software operations. You will work cross-functionally with Fleet Operations, BaseOps, Maintenance & Repair, Engineering, and EHS teams in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

    KeyResponsibilities ( Must have)
    • Coordinate vehicle repair scheduling and optimize repair turnaround time
    • Monitor current and historical fleet health, open issues, and maintenance status
    • Create and maintain accurate fleet records, repair logs, and maintenance documentation
    • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly fleet performance reports
    • Perform quality inspections on repair orders to ensure compliance with company standards
    • Support parts ordering, availability tracking, and inventory coordination
    • Close feedback loops between repair outcomes, product design, and operations teams
    • Conduct monthly shop safety inspections and submit findings to EHS
    • Interface with multiple internal systems to manage work orders, tickets, and maintenance workflows
    • Systems, Tools & Technical Tasks
    • Create and manage Jira tickets, Confluence documentation, and internal dashboards
    • Generate SERVO Work Orders (WO) and link to BaseOps Jira tickets
    • Create SAP Manufacturing Orders (MO) and manage parts requests
    • Track parts installation, dismantling, and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates
    • Manage parts requests via LOGX, AHMO Service Help Desk, and Slack channels
    • Log maintenance activities using VH6B2, VH6B3A, VH6B3B Maintenance systems
    • Support vehicle calibration requests, TVR2 ticket creation, and vehicle move requests
    • Ensure end-to-end traceability from issue identification through resolution

    RequiredQualifications ( Nice to have)
    • 1–2 years experience in a fast-paced service, operations, or automotive environment
    • Familiarity with automotive repair processes and vehicle maintenance fundamentals
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
    • Experience working with ticketing systems, work orders, and operational tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
    • Willingness to travel up to 50%, as needed

    PreferredQualifications
    Experience in automotive service operations, fleet operations, or repair shops
    Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
    Experience supporting cross-functional engineering and operations teams
    Exposure to autonomous vehicles, EV fleets, or advanced mobility platforms
