We are seeking a dependable Fleet Technician to join our maintenance team and play a key role in keeping our vehicles operating at their best.
What You’ll Do as a Fleet Technician:
As a Fleet Technician, you’ll help maintain the performance and safety of our vehicles while minimizing downtime. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine maintenance and preventative services across the fleet
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Conducting inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards
- Identifying and resolving issues quickly to keep vehicles in service
- Maintaining accurate service records and repair documentation
- Proactively spotting potential problems before they become major repairs
- Collaborating with technicians and operations staff in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking for:
- Experience as an automotive technician, fleet mechanic, diesel mechanic, or similar role
- Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes
- Proven troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license required
- ASE certifications are a plus (not required)
