FLEX GXP Support Agent

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Overnight GXP Support Agent to support hotels utilizing EMPOWER: Guest Experience (GXP). This role is responsible for managing guest communications and cases during overnight hours, while ensuring timely coordination with hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and maintains strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks. This position requires open availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous support for hotel operations and guest needs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service while working independently during overnight hours.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required

• High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, guest services or related field
• 6+ months of experience of working within EMPOWER: Guest Experience (GXP)
• Ability to work 1 am to 9 am EST

Preferred

• Strong written communication skills

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

• Review, manage, and resolve guest chats within GXP
• Maintain active monitoring of GXP throughout the shift
• Support a portfolio of Luxury, Premium, and MSB properties
• Maintain clear and professional communication with both guests and property teams
• Balance speed and accuracy while handling multiple guest interactions
• Demonstrate adaptability to varying property requirements and service standards
