The Esophageal and Airway Treatment Center (EAT) center meets the needs of infants, children, and young adults with complex esophageal and airway issues. *This position is a flex position which will also cover ambulatory EAT and then flex to other surgical and procedural areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing patient triage/chart review to facilitate needed procedures and clinical supports for patients and families with medical needs ranging from acute to chronic.
Conducting patient/family in person and virtual visits inclusive of patient histories, psychosocial histories, health status, and medical problems or potential problems.
Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Working 20 hours per week including 8,10- and 12-hour day/evening shifts M-F
Minimum Qualifications Education:
A Master of Science in Nursing
Experience:
1-3 years of RN/NP acute (hospital) experience required.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Licensure/ Certifications:
MA licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse
Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
