Location: Cabazon, CAPay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Flex / On-Call | Overnight | Holiday & Seasonal Opportunities

We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Flex Security Officers to support our high-end luxury boutique locations in Cabazon, CA.

Pay rate varies based on experience and location. Great opportunities for advancement!

SHIFT AVAILABILITY

• Variety of shifts available
• On-call
• Overnight
• Holiday and seasonal assignments
• Must be available to work weekends and varying shifts as needed

We are looking for committed, responsible, and dependable Security Officers who maintain a professional appearance, conduct, and grooming standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Observe, report, and protect all areas of the assigned site.
• Maintain a professional security presence while interacting with customers when needed.
• Report unusual or suspicious incidents to management.
• Respond with a sense of urgency to emergency situations.
• Monitor daily activity and ensure site policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid California Guard Card required.
• Minimum 1 year of luxury, high-end retail security experience preferred/required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
