FLEX SECURITY OFFICER

Fort Myers, FL & Surrounding Areas | $20.00/hour

We are seeking an experienced Flex Security Officer to provide security coverage throughout the Fort Myers area and surrounding locations. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working at different sites and on varying schedules based on operational needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Security experience required
• Experience in flex, floater, mobile, patrol, or similar coverage roles preferred
• Valid Florida Security D License required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must successfully pass MVR clearance
• Reliable transportation required
• Open availability required - must be available any day and any shift to provide maximum coverage
• Ability to travel between assigned client locations
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide security coverage at various client locations as assigned
• Conduct security patrols and maintain a visible security presence
• Monitor assigned locations and respond appropriately to security concerns
• Complete required reports and documentation
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures
• Maintain flexibility to support changing coverage and scheduling needs

Pay: $20.00/hour

Location: Fort Myers, Florida & surrounding areas

Schedule: Flex - open availability required for any day or shift
