Flex Security Officer | Must Hold Active License

As a Clarion Security Licensed Flex Security Officer, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our client's property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the client's emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.

This is a fill-in / as needed position. Officers in this role will be contacted to stand post based on operational needs and staffing coverage at any of our Nashville-area sites. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional security presence at assigned posts
• Monitor premises and report incidents appropriately
• Maintain detailed and accurate activity reports
• Follow all site-specific post orders and company procedures
• Respond promptly to operational coverage needs
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards

Location: Nashville, TN

Position: Flex / As-Needed Coverage

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Requirements

• Must hold an active Security Officer License
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Must be willing to work at multiple site locations throughout the Nashville area
• Must successfully complete cross-training for various client locations
• Must possess a valid physical driver's license
• Must be driver eligible under company insurance guidelines
• Clean driving record preferred
• Strong communication and professionalism required

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs as needed
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
