Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR FLEX TEAM MATERIALS HANDLER:
General warehouse duties such as, but not limited to: loading and unloading of trucks, make sure all merchandise is labeled with a destination using a scan gun properly, stage merchandise in correct area within the warehouse in a timely fashion, assembly/disassembly of merchandise, keep warehouse area clean, removing trash from work area, sweeping work area, inspect merchandise for functionality, damages, defects, and imperfections.
Loading customer merchandise, make all necessary copies and paperwork and obtain customer signatures on waivers, knowledge of correct ticket procedures gathering empty boxes and breaking them down, sweeping warehouse.
Move items vehicles.
Checking for shortages through auditing the manifest.
Use proper procedures when working with knives, flat carts, and lifting merchandise.
Check daily closing assignments and responsibilities.
Use excellent customer relations when working with internal and external customers.
Perform any other duties as directed by management.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR FLEX TEAM MATERIALS HANDLER: Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs.; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with customers; ability to work in a face paced environment; merchandise handling, and safety procedures; must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or 1 chargeable accident within the last three years.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. constantly to move objects.
