Flexologist / Stretch Practitioner – Anytime Fitness Encinitas

Anytime Fitness Encinitas is hiring a passionate and skilled Flexologist (Stretch Practitioner / Stretch Therapist) to join our recovery and mobility team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves helping others improve flexibility, reduce pain, and increase performance through assisted stretching.
Provide 1-on-1 assisted stretching sessions (25 or 50 minutes)
Educate clients on the benefits of mobility, posture, and recovery work
Customize sessions to each client’s needs – from athletes to everyday gym-goers
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
Collaborate with trainers and staff to support total-body wellness programs
Help promote our stretching services through demos, events, and referrals
Certification in one of the following: Stretching & Flexibility Coach (NASM, ISSA, or similar), Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy Aide, Yoga Instruction, or other relevant credentials
Hands-on experience with stretching, mobility, or bodywork preferred
Basic anatomy and kinesiology knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to complete in-house or third-party flexology training if needed
