About the Role:
Phoenix Kids Club LLC in Jonesboro, GA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Flexible Childcare Teacher to join their growing team! This teacher needs to be available to work any shift on any given day as our work schedule is designed based on our parent's needs. Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for children
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Adapt to varying schedules and classroom needs in a flexible childcare setting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; early childhood education coursework or degree preferred
• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or a related field
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying hours and days
• Patient, energetic, and genuinely passionate about child development
• Must pass a background check in accordance with state childcare regulations
