We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating client information into our database, ensuring all data is entered in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update client information into our database accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all client information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve any errors
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
- Communicate with clients and staff to obtain missing or incomplete information
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with addiction treatment or mental health services is a plus
Contract Details:
