️ Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dependable, compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others and making a positive impact every day.


Whether you’re an experienced caregiver or just beginning your caregiving journey, we provide the training, support, and encouragement you need to succeed.

CNA certification or prior caregiving experience is a plus — but not required.


What You’ll Do


As a caregiver, you’ll provide both practical assistance and meaningful companionship to clients in their homes.


Responsibilities may include:


  •  Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) 
  •  Helping with mobility and safe transfers 
  •  Meal preparation and nutritional support 
  •  Medication reminders 
  •  Light housekeeping and laundry 
  •  Providing companionship and emotional support 
  •  Transportation to appointments and errands 
  •  Supporting clients living with Alzheimer’s or dementia 
  •  Documenting care using our easy-to-use AxisCare app 
  •  Following safety and infection-control procedures 
Qualifications


18 years or older
  Dependable, responsible, and professional
  Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks)
  Reliable transportation, valid insurance, and good driving record
  Ability to pass a background check and TB test (or obtain within 2 weeks)
  Previous home care or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
