- Accurately configure equipment, including printing plates, ink, and guides, while minimizing waste.
- Inspect finished containers for defects and ensure proper scores for folding.
- Train and assist machine helpers, providing backup support across shifts and equipment.
- Complete production, safety, and maintenance reports promptly.
- Perform proactive maintenance, adhere to safety and quality standards, and follow company policies.
- Maintain flexibility to work various shifts and support continuous production goals.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, minimum two years of experience in printing/die-cutting, and basic math and computer skills.
