Schedule & Pay

1st Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• $25-$32/hour, depending on experience

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
• $25-$32/hour, depending on experience
• Plus 10% shift differential

Overtime Available

• Mandatory overtime approximately twice per month

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing equipment
• Read and interpret job orders to ensure accurate machine setup
• Monitor print quality and inspect products for color accuracy and consistency
• Perform press changeovers, machine adjustments, and routine cleaning
• Troubleshoot printing and paper bag assembly issues
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures and training requirements
• Help maintain a safe, efficient, and quality-focused production environment

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2+ years of Flexographic Press or Printing experience
• Ability to distinguish color variations for quality control purposes
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Technical training, certifications, or related education are a plus
