Position Overview: The Pre-Make Ready position is responsible for managing all printing plates used across the facility, ensuring they are properly prepared, maintained, and accessible for upcoming jobs. This position performs all tasks as directed by the Printing Department Supervisor and Manager. Primary Responsibilities:

Education / Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required. Communication Skills / Requirements: Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with management, peers and other employees. Have active listening skills, attention to detail and follow-through. Must demonstrate tact, professionalism, teamwork, flexibility, an organized approach to work and a positive attitude. Safety: All duties to be performed in compliance with company guidelines, safety policy and 6s standards. PPE: MUST WEAR Hearing Protection and safety glasses in all areas. Must only use a safety knife with cut proof gloves. |
