Key Requirements

• Direct experience operating Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or similar servo-driven narrow web presses
• Proven background in label printing and flexographic production environments
• Ability to perform press setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and quality control checks
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a production setting

Preferred Experience

• Flexographic printing
• Pressure-sensitive label production
• Digital hybrid press operation
• Printing and packaging manufacturing environments

Primary Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing equipment
• Load substrates, install tooling, mount plates, and adjust press settings
• Monitor print quality and ensure production efficiency
• Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment
• Minimize downtime and reduce material waste
