Flexologist - StretchLab Fishers, IN

Location: 11679 Olio Road, Fishers, IN 46037
Compensation: $21$24/hr while stretching | $10/hr when on shift but not stretching
Schedule: 20-30 hours/week | Afternoons & evenings (TuTh 38pm, Fri 26pm, Sat 8am2pm)

The Role

As a Flexologist, you'll deliver professional stretching sessions, guiding clients through safe and effective stretches that improve range of motion, reduce pain, and enhance overall wellness. Youll also build strong relationships with clients and contribute to a fun, positive studio culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to clients of all fitness levels.

• Educate clients on proper stretching techniques and the long-term benefits of mobility training.

• Maintain accurate client records and track progress.

• Support studio operations when not stretching (front desk, scheduling, light cleaning, member support).

• Participate in local community outreach and events to promote StretchLab.

• Contribute to a motivating, inclusive studio environment that encourages repeat visits.

Requirements

• Must hold at least one of the following (required to be considered):

  • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Physical Therapy

  • Certification as a Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)

  • Certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist

  • Certification as a Yoga Instructor (200hr+)

  • Certification as a Pilates Instructor

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others move and feel better.

• Availability for required schedule: afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.
