Position: Stretch Therapist (Flexologist)

Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + commission + tips + paid training

What Youll Do

• Lead Transformational Stretch Sessions
  Deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretches that improve mobility, recovery, and performance.

• Educate and Empower
  Use your knowledge of anatomy and movement to guide clients on posture, flexibility, and wellness best practices.

• Build Lasting Relationships
  Create a welcoming, motivating environment that keeps clients coming back.

• Represent the StretchLab Brand
  Collaborate with the front desk and sales team to support client retention and growth.

• Stay at the Top of Your Game
  Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and certifications to expand your skills.

Qualifications You Must Have One of the Following:

• Degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Movement, or related fields

• Active certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF

• License or experience as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, or Athletic Trainer

• 200-hour Yoga Instructor certification, Pilates, Barre, or Dance credential with anatomy knowledge

Bonus Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

• 1+ year of experience working with clients in wellness, fitness, or healthcare

• Strong communication and people skills

• A team-oriented, professional mindset

• Passion for movement and personal growth
