Job Title: Flexologist

StretchLab Shrewsbury is looking for energetic, motivated, and wellness-driven individuals to join our team as Flexologists. As the leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, StretchLab is changing lives through customized flexibility and mobility session sand we want you to be part of it.
Our team is made up of certified professionals from diverse fitness, wellness, and bodywork backgrounds who are passionate about helping others move and feel better every day.
As a Flexologist, you will:
Deliver 25- and 50-minute assisted stretch sessions to clients of all ages and fitness levels
Customize stretches based on client needs, goals, and mobility assessments
Build rapport and educate clients on the importance of flexibility and recovery
Track progress and maintain accurate client notes using our software system
Assist with studio cleanliness, operations, and client retention activities
Represent the StretchLab brand with professionalism and positive energy
Were looking for candidates with backgrounds in:
Personal Training (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA)
Massage Therapy (Licensed Massage Therapists welcome)
Physical Therapy (Assistants or Aides)
Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Athletic Training
Dance, Yoga (200hr YTT or above), or Pilates Instructors
Preferred Qualifications:
CPR/AED Certified
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
A passion for wellness, recovery, and helping others improve their quality of life
