- Ensure performance of all Tier 1 FlightOps activities in accordance with this SOW
- Provide quality and safety assurance of Tier 1 FlightOps team activities at Customer’s facilities within a sector
- Identify and report Tier 1 FlightOps team performance deficiencies to Contractor management
- Identify nest equipment deficiencies to Contractor management
- Identify and report crew equipment deficiencies to Contractor management
- Provide Tier 1 FlightOps team availability and performance information to Contractor management
