About the Opportunity:

Join us as a Flight Paramedic and play a critical role in saving lives. As a leader in the U.S. air ambulance industry, we provide exceptional emergency medical care across rotor-wing, fixed-wing, and ground transport. In this high-impact role, you’ll care for patients while supporting outreach and education efforts-helping us move communities to health while prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced assessments, diagnoses, and treatments during patient transport.
  • Accurately document patient care, transport details, and billing information.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, management, and external partners.
  • Support PR and outreach initiatives.
  • Participate in training, chart reviews, and continuing education.
  • Maintain required certifications and meet annual competency standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations under Medical Director oversight.

Requirements:
  • Active paramedic certification in the state of employment.
  • 3+ years of 911/pre-hospital experience (5+ preferred).
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred).
  • Ability to obtain FP-C within 24 months.
  • Prior flight/transport experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Ability to pass physical exam, drug screen, and background check; must meet weight requirement (under 235 lbs).
