• Perform advanced assessments, therapies & emergency treatment during air and ground transports

• Accurately document patient care & billing—precision matters when lives depend on it

• Coordinate seamlessly with pilots, dispatch, and ground crews

• Stay at the top of your game through regular training, equipment checks & clinical rotations

Who You Are

• Paramedic Certification active in California

• 3+ years (5+ preferred) 911/pre-hospital field experience

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS (NRP & instructor creds a plus)

• FP-C certification within 24 months of hire

• Flight or transport experience preferred

• Able to pass a physical exam (lift up to 100 lbs), drug screen, and background check

• Meets safety-focused height/weight standards
