The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the USAF Flight Manuals Program Specialist for all USAF manuals pertaining to operating and maintaining USAF aircraft. The employee implements program management guidance policy and procedures as assigned HQ AFMC.A36 as the executive agent for flight manuals per AFI 11-215.
